The CRM approach tries to analyze data about customers’ history with a company, in order to better improve business relationships with customers, specifically focusing on retaining customers, in order to drive sales growth.[1] One important aspect of the CRM approach is the systems of CRM that compile information from a range of different channels, including a company’s website, telephone, email, live chat, marketing materials, social media, and more.[2] Through the CRM approach and the systems used to facilitate CRM, businesses learn more about their target audiences and how to best cater to their needs. However, the adoption of the CRM approach may also occasionally lead to favoritism within an audience of consumers, leading to dissatisfaction among customers and defeating the purpose of CRM

Customer Relationship Management CRM In my own words, a Customer Relationship Management CRM, is a way that helps me track my customers activity, so that I have a better understanding of their needs and how I my business can help them.  It helps me stay in touch with the customers in a way that helps develop relationships, which I believe is key in business.  Remember, people do business with people whom they know like trust and remember.  By using a CRM I have developed better relationships.

I have used an autoresponder for years but it was not until recently that I started using a CRM.  I had heard of them but they are expensive and usually for large companies with big fees.  I thought I did not need it or it would not be valuable.  Well I was wrong.  By using a CRM I know about every single one of my prospects, what type of communication we have had, notes about their, needs, dates we spoke and more.  This has allowed me keep better track of the communications we have had, ones we have coming up and task I need to do.  These things continue to help my business grow.  I love using my Customer Relationship Management CRM
